“a caterpillar doesn’t just grow into a butterfly. a caterpillar must undergo metamorphosis, and a cocoon is where a caterpillar risks it all: enters total chaos, undergoes total rebuilding, and is born to a new way of living. only in taking the risk of entering that inert cocoon can the caterpillar go from dormancy to potency, from ugliness to beauty.”

I AM A CATERPILLAR AND I AM GOING TO TALK.

no better way to say something about “personal evolution” than saying “i am a caterpillar and i am going to talk…”

i’m one, too…for talking. more often though, and lately, i keep wishing i’d, somehow, learn to “fly”. for months now, i’ve not been up to “talking”…

i appreciate this site though… and you. never stop “talking”.

ok caterpillar, got to know your real identity -as you are one of my children. (2001?)

caterpillar, i just flew into your lair. it made me smile because i was 24 when i started “talking” to the world. i used to bottle up feelings inside journals and artworks, and kept mum about opinions i shouldn’t have kept to myself.

now, i am a madame butterfly, hopping from one blog to another, happily checking out caterpillars like you who are on the verge of blossoming like i did many years ago. someday you will spread your wings and fly. in my 30s now, i have quietly settled in my necktar of life. When you see your cocoon, dive for it like i did, many many years ago. i guarantee you there is no turning back. :-)
